I shot this quick video to tell you about something that I have been doing to help me when I need to prioritize my work load.
We all have those times (it just happened to me today actually) when we know we have a whole bunch of things that we know we need to get done but we get sidetracked with the stupid stuff that just seems either more fun or easier to get out of the way.
Or… we look at our list of the shit we need to do ASAP but get stumped on which one of those 50 things takes top priority?
The problem is that some of those things don’t actually help our business move forward either work or income wise!
Well watch this video to see a method I came up with that is helping me to decide what needs to get done now and what can wait till later.
